To Mount Crawford Dressage Club Members, Competitors & Volunteers,
As you all would be aware, health authorities are continuing to closely monitor the situation following the outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and subsequent pandemic declaration by the World Health Organisation.
We are very pleased to announce that from 27 June 2020 we are recommencing our competitions. Please read our June newsletter for further information.
The Committee has been monitoring the rapidly changing environment around the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We will continue to follow government requirements and guidelines and will endeavor to communicate any changes as quickly as possible to our members and competitors. We would like to take this opportunity to thank our membership and broader community for their continued support and emphasise that as you have supported us, we look to support you.
MCDC is committed to the safety of its members and competitor community.
We encourage our community to remain vigilant. Health experts advise the best way to protect yourself from coronavirus is to pay attention to good hand hygiene and good respiratory hygiene, by:
– Washing hands often with soap and running water, for at least 20 seconds. Dry with paper towel or hand dryer.
– Try not to touch your eyes, nose or mouth.
– Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze. If you don’t have a tissue, cough or sneeze into your upper sleeve or elbow.
If you have come into contact with someone who has the virus or you are concerned you may be infected, please call the National Coronavirus Information Hotline on 1800 020 080.
